If you want to hear the National Anthem played on alto sax by Kaleb Jacks and watch the MU Women’s Basketball team take out Colorado, come to the game, 6:30 p.m. on February 23rd at Mizzou Arena!! Sure to be fun and I am sure Kaleb (as well as the lady tigers) would appreciate the support.
For the 2010 Mission trip the Senior High Class will be going to Hinton Rural Life Center June 19th- 27th Hinton Rural Life Center is nestled in the Southern Appalachian mountains overlooking beautiful Lake Chatuge in Hayesville, NC. Hinton, a mission agency of the United Methodist Church, creates opportunities for workteams from all over the country to experience the rich mountain culture found here, to serve with others in repairing or building new homes with families, and to grow in their understanding of Christian community and faith in action. The work includes repairing porches, painting homes, fixing leaky roofs, building ramps, replacing rotten floors, and many other similar home repairs.
